Cal Poly Drops 1-0 Decision to Colorado State in Friday Season Opener

SACRAMENTO – Righthander Kaylee Davis limited Colorado State to three hits during her Friday morning collegiate debut, but the Rams scratched out the decisive run in the bottom of the sixth inning as the Cal Poly softball program opened the 2026 season and the NorCal Kickoff with a 1-0 setback.
Game No. 2 of Cal Poly’s Friday season-opening schedule versus San Diego at UC Davis begins at 2:30 p.m. with live stats available HERE.
