SAN LUIS OBISPO – Welcoming incoming talent to all areas of the field, the Cal Poly softball team recently signed five players to National Letters of Intent to join the program ahead of the 2025 season.
Set to arrive at Bob Janssen Field in the fall of 2024 are righthander Natalie Camarena (Enochs HS / Modesto, Calif.), catcher Maya Venegas (Covina HS / Covina, Calif.), infielders Alannah Tuua (Capital Christian HS / Rancho Murrieta, Calif.) and Sienna Erskine (Ocean View HS / Huntington Beach Calif.) and outfielder Maddy Bermudez (Hollister HS / Hollister, Calif.)
"We're excited for our 2024 class. We have some big shoes to fill with our outgoing seniors and feel like this class will help fill those gaps," 20th-year head coach Jenny Condon said. "We're bringing in pitching, defense, speed and power. The class of 2024 will help keep us competitive in the Big West Conference."
