High School -- Jackson was a two-way starterand return specialist under head coach John Morrison at FrancisParker High School in San Diego ... Parker finished regular seasonwith 4-6 record and fourth-place finish in the Coastal Conference,but qualified for the postseason and finished second in the CIF-SanDiego Section Division V playoffs, losing to Bishop’s 20-9 intitle game ....
