Mission Statement:
To build an army of Cal Poly Mustang Football Alumni, parents, fans, businesses and all those dedicated to a "give back" philosophy to ensure current and future Mustangs receive the best experience at Cal Poly year after year - both on the field and off.
Collectively, the Home Team will effectively raise and gift funds exclusively for the benefit of the Cal Poly Football Program to help with player recruiting, fund new equipment and travel, and much more. Home Team memberships help Cal Poly Football not only compete but succeed in the Big Sky and against other elite opponents.

1975 | 50-year anniversary
1990 | 35-year anniversary
2000 | 25-year anniversary
2015 | 10-year anniversary
2020 | 5-year anniversary
In addition to celebrating these classes, we will take a moment to recognize the Mustangs who are Gone but Not Forgotten.
