High School -- A younger brother of Cal Poly offensive lineman Lefi Letuligasenoa, Josh recorded 109 tackles (58 solo) as a senior under head coach Chris Nixon at Elk Grove High School. Letuligasenoa also notched 1.5 sacks, two pass breakups, a pair of fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles. He recorded double-digit tackles in six games and also caught 11 passes for 178 yards and one touchdown (vs. River City) as a tight end. A team captain, Letuligasenoa led the Thundering Herd to a 12-1 record, Delta Valley League title and a berth in the semifinal round of the CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section Division II playoffs, where Elk Grove lost to Folsom. He earned first-team All-Delta Valley League and second-team All-State honors and was selected to play in the East vs. West Holiday Classic All-Star Game ... As a junior, Letuligasenoa caught five passes for 68 yards and, on defense, made 68 tackles (50 solo), 1.5 sacks and again forced two fumbles and recovered two others. In wrestling, Letuligasenoa was a four-time Delta Valley League champion, finished third in the 2011 CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section Championships and posted a 2-2 mark in the 2011 state meet at 215 pounds. He was 1-2 in the 2012 state finals at 220. Letuligasenoa won the 2011 Delta Valley League title in the discus (146-11) and placed sixth in the shot put (41-1 3/4).
