2014 -- Started all 12 games as a wide receiver in junior season ... 16 catches for 312 yards and four touchdowns en route to All-Big Sky Conference honorable mention praise ... season-high five catches for 117 yards and one score, a five-yarder from Chris Brown on the first play of the second quarter at Northern Arizona ... also made three catches for 85 yards against UC Davis, including a 33-yard scoring toss from Brown ... also had a 41-yard catch against the Aggies ... earned team's Legion (Snelling) Award, which goes to a team leader who plays hard during practice as well as in games and exemplifies being good on a daily basis ... threw one incomplete pass and did not make any catches in 2015 Spring Game.
2013 -- Played in all 12 games as a sophomore, including starts against San Diego, Northern Arizona and Northern Colorado ... caught seven passes for 82 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown reception from Chris Brown in fourth quarter against Sacramento State ... season-high two catches against Eastern Washington ... also made three tackles on special teams ... played in 2014 Spring Game and caught pair of passes for 19 yards.
2012 -- Played in 11 of Cal Poly’s 12 games as a redshirt freshman ... made two catches for 25 yards -- a 16-yarder against Northern Colorado and a nine-yarder against Idaho State ... tops the depth chart at the X-back (wide receiver) position entering fall camp ... one catch for 19 yards in 2013 Spring Game.

High School -- A teammate of Chris Fletcher and Fernando Cabico at Eastlake High School in Chula Vista, Hines was a quarterback and wide receiver on offense and a defensive back on the other side of the ball during his senior season under head coach John McFadden ... completed 30 of 55 passes for 578 yards and six scores before shifting to wide receiver, where he caught 11 passes for 304 yards and four scores ... also rushed 25 times for 115 yards and another touchdown ... on defense, made 15 tackles and broke up four passes ... earned first-team All-Metro-Mesa League honors on offense and was named San Diego Union-Tribune athlete of the month for September 2010 ... helped lead the Titans to an 11-1 record, first-place finish in the Metro-Mesa League at 4-0 and a berth in the semifinal round of the CIF-San Diego Section Division I playoffs ...
