High School -- Under head coach Andrew Cotterat Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, Coleman anchored theoffensive and defensive lines for three seasons ... named Bay ShoreAthletic League lineman of the year and first-team all-BSAL as asenior and an honorable mention all-BSAL pick as a junior andsophomore ... also in 2009, earned Cal-Hi Sports Hammer Award forthe hardest hit of the week and a trophy for being the Best RunStopper ... Mariners were 4-6 overall and finished fifth in the BayShore Athletic League in 2009 ... scored a touchdown on a two-yardrun against Albany early in the season ... a three-year starter infootball and also played basketball for the Mariners, averaging 4.7points and 4.9 rebounds a contest ... scored a season-high 14points against Tennyson and 13 points against De Anza and twicepulled down 11 boards in games against Tennyson ... also playedbaseball.
