College of San Mateo -- Played two seasons under head coach Bret Pollack at College of San Mateo, helping Bulldogs to pair of Bulldog Bowl championships and a 10-1 record in 2013 and a 9-2 mark in 2014 ... a starter as a tackle on the offensive line both seasons ... graduated magna cum laude with an associate degree in engineering ... transferred to Cal Poly because "Cal Poly has a reputation for having an amazing college of engineering, being a top contender in football and being in a beautiful area."
Portland State -- Utilized his redshirt year in 2012 at Portland State.
High School -- a 2012 graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco ... a starter on the offensive line as a guard under head coach John Regalia ... Wildcats were 2-8 during Ayllon's junior season in 2010 but rallied to post a 6-6-1 overall mark and capture the CIF-Central Coast Section Division 3 championship in his senior year (2011).
