
Seven Mustangs Earn All-Big Sky Honors

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Seven Cal Poly football players were named to the Big Sky All-Conference Teams, the Big Sky announced Wednesday.
Linebackers Mikey D’Amato and Kenny Olson were each named First Team All-Big Sky Defense. D’Amato was one of just two players in the entire Big Sky that was a unanimous selection. Long snapper Spencer Moore was named to the First Team All-Big Sky Specialists group.
Offensive lineman Racin Delgatty earned Second Team All-Big Sky Offense. Defensive lineman Victory Johnson and safety Jeremiah Bernard were each named Second Team All-Big Sky Defense. Wide receiver Michael Briscoe earned Honorable Mention All-Big Sky Offense honors.
Mikey D'Amato / All-Big Sky First Team
D’Amtao was one of the top linebackers in the entire country this season. He led the Big Sky and was tied for fourth in the nation in tackles with 137. That number is the third most in a season in Cal Poly history. He had seven games with double digit tackles, including a season-high 19 against Sac State. He was also eighth in the Big Sky in sacks with six. He also had 8.5 tackles for loss, three quarterback hurries, a pass breakup, and an interception.
Kenny Olson / All-Big Sky First Team
Olson was also one of the top linebackers in the nation this year. He was second in the Big Sky and tied for 13th in the nation in tackles with 117 which ranks seventh most in program history. He also added six tackles for loss, two sacks, seven quarterback hurries, and two pass breakups. He had seven games of double digit tackles, including a season-high 13 against UC Davis.
Spencer Moore / All-Big Sky First Team
Moore has been Cal Poly’s long snapper the last two seasons. In that time, he did every long snap on field goals, PAT’s, and punts and never had one bad snap.
Racin Delgatty / All-Big Sky Second Team
Delgatty was the starting center for the Mustangs this season and proved himself one of the best in the Big Sky and the FCS. He’s graded as one of the best pass blocking centers in the country and only allowed one sack all season.
Jeremiah Bernard / All-Big Sky Second Team
In the secondary, Bernard had a breakout sophomore season in 2025. He led the team in interceptions with four and was third in pass breakups with six. His four interceptions were tied for third most in the Big Sky and he ranked ninth in the conference in total passes defended. He also finished fourth in the team in tackles with 57 and had three tackles for loss as well as a forced fumble.
Victory Johnson / All-Big Sky Second Team
Johnson also had a breakout year in 2025 playing at defensive end. He was second on the team in sacks with three and second in tackles for loss with seven. He was third in quarterback hurries with five and also recorded two pass breakups as well as an interception.
Michael Briscoe / All-Big Sky Honorable Mention
In his final collegiate season, Briscoe went out with a bang. He led the Mustangs in all receiving categories. His seven touchdowns ranked fourth in the Big Sky as did his 18.1 yards per reception. His 77.9 receiving yards per game ranked third in the Big Sky and his 779 yards on the season ranked seventh. He also threw for a touchdown this season and had a game in which he had four receiving touchdowns.
The awards were voted on by all the head coaches in the Big Sky. Big Sky champion Montana State took home three of the five major awards: Coach of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year.
