Football Game Times Announced for 2024 Season

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Game times have been finalized for all 11 football games for the 2024 season.
In addition, all the platforms that games will be streamed on have been decided. 10 of the Mustangs’ 11 games will be streamed live on ESPN+. Cal Poly’s Sept. 7 game at Stanford will air on the ACC Digital Network.
The Nov. 2 home game against last year’s national runner up in Montana will be produced by Scripps TV and in addition to ESPN+, will air live locally on KSBY.
All 11 games will also be broadcast live locally on ESPN Radio 1280AM/101.7FM.
Cal Poly opens the 2024 season on the road Aug. 31 at the University of San Diego, a team the Mustangs have beat each of the last four seasons, with a 5 p.m. kickoff on ESPN+. The Mustangs then head up to face their first ever ACC opponent in Stanford on Sept. 7 for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
Cal Poly’s home opener Sept. 14 against Western Oregon will kickoff at 5 p.m. inside Mustang Memorial Field at Spanos Stadium.
Big Sky play starts on the road in Greeley, Colo. against Northern Colorado Sept. 28 for a 12 p.m. PT start. The Mustangs then return home to host Idaho State Oct. 5 at 5 p.m. as part of Homecoming and San Luis Obispo Day.
The Mustangs have consecutive road games against rival UC Davis Oct. 12 at 4 p.m. followed by a trip to Idaho Oct. 19 to take on the Vandals at 1 p.m.
Cal Poly will then start a stretch of three straight home games, starting Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. against Montana, last year’s Big Sky champions, and will be Mustang Family Weekend and Morro Bay Day. That will be followed by Northern Arizona University Nov. 9 at 5 p.m. for the Hall of Fame Game in which Cal Poly Athletics’ 2024 Hall of Fame class will be introduced at halftime.
Cal Poly’s final home game of the season will take place Nov. 16 against Sacramento State at 2 p.m. for Senior Day and Arroyo Grande Day.
The final game of the season takes the Mustangs to Ogden, Utah to face Weber State Nov. 23 for a 12 p.m. kickoff.
