SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The Cal Poly women's tennis team saw its one-match win streak halted on Sunday afternoon after falling to the visiting Pacific Tigers, 4-0 at Mustang Courts. With the loss, Cal Poly drops to 2-5 during the spring dual match season, while Pacific improves to 4-4 overall.
Pacific started the day off by winning the doubles point behind a pair of victories. From the first solo position, UOP's Viktoriya Dzyuba downed Gibbens in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2 and Katie Dyson delivered a two-set win over Bryn Bacharach at No. 4, 6-0, 6-2.
