2015-16 -- Track: Finished seventh in the 10,000 meters at the Big West Conference Championships on May 13 in Long Beach, running Jack Rose Stadium in 31:04.06 ... had a season-best 3,000m time of 8:32.34 (good for third place) at the Big West Double Dual on March 12 in Riverside, as well as a 5,000m performance of 14:36.73 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on April 1 (taking 32nd among 204 competitors in Cox Stadium). Cross Country: Made his season debut at the NCAA West Regional meet, where he ran the 10K in 34:29.7, taking 156th place at Seattle’s Jefferson Park Golf Course on Nov. 13 ... helped lead the Mustangs to a 12th-place team score of 344 points.

2014-15 -- Track: At the Big West Championships hosted by UC Riverside on May 16, was just one spot back of earning all-conference status in the 5,000 meters, posting a time of 14:45.02 for fourth place; his season-best performance — 14:31.14 — came at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut on April 17 ... also added a third-place finish in the 3,000m at the Blue-Green Rivalry dual against UC Santa Barbara at Westmont College on May 2, at 8:31.83. Cross Country: Ran to an eighth-place finish at the WCC Preview meet on Sept. 13, at 24:46.5 ... went on to also finish eighth at the Big West Championships on Nov. 1 in Riverside, with a time of 24:23.8 ... ended the fall with a 10K performance of 30:45.5 at the NCAA West Regional on Nov. 14 at Stanford.

2013-14 -- Track: Ran the team’s second-best 5,000 over the course of the season, 14:25.55, at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 17 ... other season-best times included 8:30.00 in the 3,000m (on May 3 vs. UCSB) and 30:28.57 in the 10K (May 16 at the conference championships, where he was sixth). Cross Country: Had a crucial 14th-place finish at the Big West Championships on Nov. 2 at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo, at 26:26, to help push the team to the title ... opened the fall with a 12th-place finish at the Lagoon Open hosted by UCSB on Aug. 31, in 25:58.

2012-13 -- Redshirted.

Prep -- At Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, his PRs (with coach Terry Dockery) were 2:05.90 in the 800 meters, 4:25.15 for the 1,600m and 9:21.26 in the 3,200m (in which he was a San Diego Section finalist in both 2011 and 2012, including a sixth-place finish as a junior) ... helped lead the Broncos to back-to-back Palomar League team championships ... in cross country, his career-best 5K of 16:01.0 came at the 2010 CIF State Championship Meet in Fresno ... academically, won the school’s Silver Star Award and was a member of the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team.
