2021 -- Indoor Season: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to COVID-19 pandemic. Outdoor T&F: Captured Big West Conference title in hammer with a mark of 193-0 ... also placed eighth in javelin at 111-11 ... qualified for NCAA West Regional in Sacramento, finishing 26th in hammer with a personal-best 190-5 ... placed first in hammer at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet with mark of 187-8 and second in javelin at 109-7 also was fifth in both the shot put (36-3 1/2) and discus (124-4), both personal bests ... second-place finishes in hammer at Bryan Clay Invitational (172-3), Wildflower Invitational (185-0) and Cal Poly Four-Way Meet (178-2) and in javelin at Cal Poly Four-Way (117-2) and Wildflower Invitational (personal-best 122-1) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes as well as Big West Conference All-Academic honors.
2020 -- Indoor Season: For the second overall time in her Mustang career, set a school record — this time for the weight-throw event, when she tossed to a mark of 51 feet and 5.5 inches at the Arkansas Qualifier on Feb. 21 ... earlier in the winter, she had reached 49’ 11.25” in the WT at the Bronco Invitational hosted by Boise State on Jan. 18. Outdoor T&F: Spring season was cancelled; however, retains year of eligibility moving forward.
2019 -- Broke the school record for the hammer throw on March 22 at the #ShareSLO Invitational, winning the event hosted at Cuesta with a mark of 191 feet, 11.5 inches ... her record throw came on her second attempt ... also broke the previous record — which had stood for 17 years — on her first & fourth releases ... at the time of her hammer-throw performance, moved to No. 19 in the country for the event, including 11th West of the Mississippi in the NCAA’s Top 48 qualifying for the First Round of the National Championship field ... also posted a conference championship meet-qualifying javelin mark at the home invitational, earning eighth place via 115’ 1”, before seeing her season cut short due to injury (granted a medical-redshirt exemption in order to head into 2020 as a RS junior) ... in the first of her two outdoor meets, also won the hammer competition at the UC Santa Barbara Tri-Meet on March 9, releasing a mark of 180’ 8” ... during the indoor season, specialized in the weight throw, including a mark of 46’ 2.75” at the UW Invitational in Seattle on Jan. 25.
De Anza College -- Won the 2018 NorCal Regional hammer throw championship with a PR of 167 feet, 5 inches (No. 2 in program history, earning All-America status) ... added a hammer performance of 160’ 4” at the 2018 CCCAA Championships, earning second place for the Dons of Cupertino, Calif. ... also exceeded HT marks of 160 feet at the Ed Adams Invitational (162’ 0”), Sequoia Relays (160’ 1”) and Monterey Peninsula Open (162’ 11”) as a sophomore ... tallied fifth place in the shot put at the 2017 San Mateo Bob Rush Invite with a mark of 32’ 2” ... also came in second in the javelin at the 2018 NorCal Finals, with a throw of 116’ 4”.
Prep -- With Liberty High School of Madera, advanced to the CIF Division 2 Sequoia-Sierra Championships in the high jump, clearing 5 feet to win the Exeter Monarch Invitational title in 2016, before matching her 5’ 0” PR at the NSL Championships (finishing fourth) ... posted a shot put PR of 26’ 3” at the league finals in 2015, taking seventh as a junior for the Hawks ... also competed in gymnastics, specializing in all-around and winning a league championship ... in addition to belonging to California Scholarship Federation and taking AP classes, also participated in sports medicine.
Personal -- Majors in Kinesiology ... also visited UC Riverside; chose Cal Poly because it's “an academically prestigious college and it’s where I wanted to have a degree from, plus the team made a great impression on me on my visit.”
