Competed on the Sacramento State track & field and cross country teams from 2017-22 ... owns the fifth-fastest indoor 5,000-meter time (17:33.89), sixth-fastest 6K time (20:48.9) and 10th-fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase time (11:09.81) in Hornet history ... also ran a leg on Sacramento State's indoor distance medley relay team that recorded the fourth-fastest time (11:54.74) in school history in 2020 ... team captain from 2019-22 ... received the Amanda Garcia Award in 2018 and 2022 ... earned a career-best finish of 34th in the 2018 Big Sky XC Championships ... placed 10th in the 10,000 at the 2021 Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships ... had final track season at Sacramento State cut short due to injury in 2022 ... has one year of eligibility left in indoor & outdoor track and field ... received Big Sky Conference All-Academic honors every year.

Graduated from Sacramento State this past spring with a bachelor's degree in dietetics ... pursuing her master's in nutrition at Cal Poly with hopes of becoming a sports dietitian ... maternal grandfather, Glen Underwood, played football at Sacramento State (1958-1959) ... chose Cal Poly because it is "one of the best public universities in California for master’s programs. The resources, professors and opportunities presented in the nutrition department made it such an easy decision. It has been a goal of mine to get into grad school at Cal Poly since 2018. Being involved and working with the student athletes at Cal Poly with their nutrition is what I aspire to do in my career as a sports dietitian."
