2021 -- Established numerous personal bests while placing 12th in decathlon at Adams-Klein Combined Events ... scored 5,366 points, another personal best ... outside of decathlon, placed fourth in triple jump at Fresno State Invitational with personal best of 45-9 3/4 ... also set new personal best in 100 at Wildflower Invitational with time of 11.90 for eighth place.
2020 -- Spring sports schedule was canceled due to COVID-19; however, retains an extra season of NCAA eligibility moving forward into next year.
2019 -- Specialized in the long jump as a freshman, advancing to the Big West Championships for the event ... posted his LJ best mark of 22 feet, 11 inches (a PR equating to 6.98m, just under 23 feet) to win at the 37th annual Cal Poly #ShareSLO Invitational hosted on March 23 ... at the Conference Finals, landed a 15th-place jump of 21’ 10.25” at UCSB on May 10 before withdrawing due to an injury ... also in debut collegiate season, had a high jump clearance of 6’ 2.25” on March 9, as well as a pole vault height of 13’ 9.25” on both March 23 & April 27.
Prep -- With Cathedral Catholic High School, took third place at the 2018 San Diego Section Finals for the triple jump, with a PR of 45 feet, 1.5 inches ... also reached 43’ 10” to win at the dual meet vs. Scripps Ranch ... top long jump mark of 22’ 9” also earned second place at the section prelims as a Dons senior ... exceeded 22 feet in seven of eight consecutive meets to close out the 2018 season, including a performance of 22’ 7.25” to earn second at the Mt. SAC Relays ... added a long jump of 22’ 7” to finish second at the Western League Championships, en route to a 22-foot mark to claim 18th at the overall CIF State Championship ... also at the Scripps Ranch head-to-head meet, established a pole vault PR of 14’ 3” to win (on the way to a conference title), along with a career-best high jump showing of 6’ 5” to tally another victory ... broke school records for the pole vault, triple jump and high jump ... won CCHS’ MVP award in 2018 ... in addition, earned San Diego Union-Tribune Scholar-Athlete honors every term, while participating in Teen Volunteers in Action.
Personal -- Also visited Sacramento State; chose Cal Poly because “it has a great business program, to compete in Division I track & field, and because it’s in a great location” ... also was a member of the Frisbee Club in high school ... majors in Business Administration, with career aspirations of becoming a real estate financer or broker.
