Prep -- As a senior at Buchanan High School in Clovis, was third at the CIF State Championships prelims for the pole vault, clearing 12 feet even ... also won the 2016 Central Section title in the triple jump, with a PR mark of 39 feet, 1.5 inches, before going on to finish sixth for the Bears at the state championship meet ... also won the 2016 Tri-River Conference 300-meter hurdles championship with a career-best time of 45.80 seconds.
