High School—Reese attended Redwood High School in Larkspur, CA. He participated in track and field and in 2009 set the school record with 15’1”
Personal—Reese is majoring in environmental studies and his career ambition is to be a consulting engineer. Reece says his old coach, Bruce Hotaling, shaped him into who is as a person and a vaulter.
