High School-- Lauren attended Troy High School in Fullerton, CA where she played soccer and competed in track and field. She was part of the 2009-2011 league championship track team, competing in high jump, 4 x 100 relay and 4x400 relay. Lauren also placed sixth at the Orange County Championships in 2011.
Personal-- Majoring in aerospace engineering, Lauren hopes to work as an aerospace engineer in the future. She says her high school track coach, Ryan Canotal, influenced her as an athlete because he pushed her to pursue athletics in college and helped prepare her for it.
