Cross Country: At the Big West Conference Championships on Nov. 2, finished 33rd with a time of 27:14 at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo ... was 32nd at the West Regional Preview on Oct. 4, in 24:42.

2012-13 -- Track: Ran his season-best 1,500 meters, 3:50.72, on April 13 at Sacramento State.

Cross Country: Capped his fall with a 35th-place finish (in 25:54) at the Big West Championships, helping the team to its 12th conference title ... opened the season with a 17th-place showing at the Lagoon Open, in 26:13 ... competed at the Pac-12 Preview, finishing 28th at 25:41.

2011-12 -- Track: Clocked his season-best 1,500 time of 3:50.46 at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 19.

Prep -- At Rancho Buena Vista High School in Vista, was a league champion in the 800 and the 1,600 relay ... also played soccer.
