2012: Posted best marks in shot put of 50-feet, 7.25-inches at the Big West Conference Championships… In the discus best mark came at BWC championships with a mark of 153-feet, 5-inches…. And in the hammer posted a mark of 116-feet, 6-inches at the ShareSLO.com Cal Poly Invite….
2011: Did not compete
High School-- Josh attended Jesuit High School in Carmichael, CA where he played basketball, football as well as track and field. He was the section record holder in the discus, two time league champion and section champion. In football, Josh was first team all-league two times, honorable mention football all sections, two time defensive MVP, state championship team 2010, 3 section championships in a row.
Personal-- Josh is majoring in architecture and wants to own an architectural firm one day. He is on the Cal Poly football team and also enjoys playing basketball in free time. Josh chose Cal Poly because of the strong architecture program and he is able to place multiple sports. Josh has a sister named Roxann and his twin brother, Jeremy, is on the Stanford University track team.
