2013-14 -- Cross Country: At the NCAA Championships, finished 119th on the 10K LaVern Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Ind., with a time of 31 minutes, 26.9 seconds ... won a second consecutive Big West Conference individual title, in 25:19 on the 8K Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo.

2012-13 -- Track: Was named the Big West Track Athlete of the Week on March 12 after winning the 3,000 meters in a dual at Fresno State (in 8:17.71) ... his season-best time in the 10,000 (29:33.12), recorded at the San Francisco State Distance Invitational on March 29, ranks No. 8 in school history ... at the conference championships, won both the 5,000 (in 14:48.71) and 10,000 (30:46.27).

Cross Country: Helped lead the Mustangs to a 12th Big West title when he captured the individual crown with a time of 24:10 ... opened the season with a second-place finish (24:56) at the Lagoon Open, followed by an eighth-place finish (24:57) at the Pac-12 Preview meet ... posted a time of 24:13 at Wisconsin ... rounded out the fall with a 31st-place finish (30:25) at the NCAA West Regional.

2011-12 -- Track: Qualified for the West Regional in the 10,000 ... ran a PR of 29:44.14 in the 10,000 at the Stanford Invitational ... also had a PR of 14:18.48 in the 5,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays.

Cross Country: Advanced to the NCAA Championships, where he finished 162nd with a time of 31:48 in helping the team to a 28th-place score ... at the West Regional, finished 44th at 30:17, with the team earning third place.

2010-11 -- Track: Recorded a PR in the 3,000 (8:24.10) at the Fresno State dual ... ran a season-best time in the 5,000 (14:19.83) at Mt. SAC ... clocked a time of 30:23.65 in the 10,000 at the Big West Championships.

Cross Country: Was named the conference freshman of the year after a 12th-place finish at 24:42.

Prep -- A graduate of Buena High School in Ventura ... the Bulldogs track program named an award after him ... PRs included 1:57 in the 800, 4:17 in the 1,600 and 9:13 in the 3,200.
