XC:Helped the men’s team to its 12th Big West Conference title with a second place finish at the BWC championships (24:13)… Finished 73rd at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 31:02… Opened the season with a ninth place finish at the Lagoon Open and a time of 25:31… At the Pac-12 Preview he finished 18th (25:18), at Wisconsin finished 234th with a time of 25:01…
Sophomore:
XC: Opened the season at the UCSB Lagoon Open and posted a time of 25:07… At the Roy Griak finished 92nd in a time of 25:36 as the team placed 7th.. Santa Clara Invitational placed 14th with a time of 24:18 with the team placing second… at the BWC Ahrold was 14th with a time of 24:24… Did not compete at West Regional or NCAA’s…
Track:
Posted career-best time in the 5000 meters of 14:40.34 and in the 3000 meter steeplechase of 9:11.71 at the Big West Conference Championships on 5/11/12…. Covered the 3000m at the Cal Poly/Fresno State Dual meet on 3/10/12 in 8:26.26 and in the 1500, in the same meet, posted a time of 3:57.97.
Freshman:
Track: Posted a season-best in the 1500 at the Cal Poly/UCSB dual meet on 4/30/11 of 3:53.13…. in the 3000 m at the Fresno State/Cal Poly dual on 3/12/11 finished with a time of 8:39.69.. At the BWC championships recorded a time of 15:10.53 in the 5000….
