2015-16 -- Cross Country: Competing unattached, finished in ninth place at the Cal Poly Invitational hosted at Fairbanks Memorial Course in San Luis Obispo on Oct. 17, with an 8K time of 27:39.6.
Prep -- At Long Beach Poly High School, the Jackrabbits never lost a dual meet during his three final seasons, going 18-0 while winning a trio of Moore League championships ... the cross country squad finished fifth at the state championships for Division 1 when he was a sophomore ... PRs included 4:25 in the 1,600 meters, 9:19 for the 3,200m and 25:28 in the 8K ... was named team’s Most Valuable Distance Runner every season ... also set the Beckman High School 3-mile record among freshmen before moving ... was an AP Scholar With Distinction ... chose Cal Poly because it “has a great academic reputation along with a strong running program.”
