2019 -- In debut season with the Mustangs, closed the year tallying 2 team points at the Big West Championships, as she finished seventh in the Conference Heptathlon Finals hosted by UC Santa Barbara between May 3-4, tallying a score of 4,461 points at Pauley Track ... season outdoor bests included 26.70 seconds for the 200-meter dash; 14.90 in the 100m hurdles (a PR); 5 feet & 3.75 inches for the high jump (another career-best performance); plus 17’ 5.25” for the long jump (also a PR) ... in addition, also competed at a trio of indoor meets during the winter: scored 3,062 pentathlon points on Jan. 25-26 at the UW Invitational in Seattle, before high-jumping 5’ 1.25” at the New Mexico Classic on Feb. 1 and then long-jumping 17’ 3.25” at the Arkansas Qualifier on Feb. 15 (both indoor PRs as well) ... her pentathlon score at Washington was just 61 points back of joining the all-time program history Top 5.
Cerritos College -- Tallied 4,241 points at the 2018 CCCAA Heptathlon State Championship, taking fourth place ... also during sophomore season with the Falcons in Norwalk, established PRs for the 60-meter dash (8.10 seconds), 100m hurdles (15.07), shot put (36 feet, 10.5 inches), long jump (17’ 4”) and triple jump (37’ 1.25”) ... additional career-best performances included 107’ 6.5” in the javelin and 5’ 1.75” for the high jump, each in 2017, en route to a sixth-place heptathlon score of 4,176 at the state championships.
Prep -- With Lakewood High School, earned the Moore League Sprinter of the Year Award; also for the Lancers, won the 2016 league title in the high jump via a clearance of 5’ 1” ... voted school’s Outstanding Senior Performer ... also played basketball at LHS, advancing to the second round of the 2014 CIF Southern Section Division 1A playoffs ... also participated in both French Club and Senior Senate.
Personal -- Majors in Interdisciplinary Global Studies, also minoring in French ... chose Cal Poly in part because of the “great coaching and supportive staff” ... aspires to work for an international non-profit, join Peace Corps or work for the State Department.
