2016-17 -- Cross Country: Was consistently the Mustangs’ No. 3 finisher all fall, helping the squad win the Big West Conference championship with a dominant near-sweep score of 18 points ... began the season with a fourth-place 8k time of 24:45.11 at the Lagoon Open around UC Santa Barbara on Sept. 3 (as the Mustangs won the Blue-Green Rivalry 19-40) before coming in 11th place at the UC Riverside Invitational on Sept. 17, at 24:20.1 ... was 17th at the Stanford Invite on Oct. 1, in 23:56.9 ...ultimately came in third individually at the Big West Championships at Kahuku Golf Course in Hawai’i on Oct. 29 via a performance of 24:50.1 ... ended the season by taking 45th place at the NCAA West Regional in Sacramento on Nov. 11, running the 10k in 30:35.4.

2015-16 -- Track: Ran the team’s second-fastest 1,500-meter race throughout the spring: 3:49.54 at the 58th annual Mt. SAC Relays in Norwalk on April 16 (taking 13th place) ... finished 16th in the event at the Big West Championships, in 4:02.14 on May 13 in Long Beach ... also ran at the conference finals for the 5,000m, clocking a time of 15:27.56 on May 14 (27th). Cross Country: Competed unattached at two meets: finishing the Lagoon Open 8k with a time of 26:11.03 on Sept. 5 before coming in fourth place at the Cal Poly Invitational on Oct. 17 at 26:53.6.

Santa Barbara City College -- Came in third place at the 2014 CCCAA State Cross Country Championships with a 4-mile time of 20:07 ... was then honored as the Vaqueros’ Student-Athlete of the Year after serving as a team captain ... in track season, ran the 1,500 meters in 3:54.99 (taking fifth at the state meet), and added a 3,000m performance of 8:32.50 (No. 2 statewide).

Prep -- At San Marcos High School, was part of a track squad that won a league title his senior year ... was also an Eagle Scout and belonged to the National Honor Society academically.
