High School -- A 2022 graduate of The King's Academy in Sunnyvale, Calif. ... under head coach Pete Lavorato, recorded 110 tackles (61 solo) in nine games, including nine sacks, and also recovered two fumbles and blocked two punts and one PAT in 2021 season ... the three-year varsity starter was a first-team All-Peninsula League Bay Division offensive and defensive lineman, team MVP and preseason All-Bay Area Newsgroup honoree and was named to the 2021 Spring High School All-Star Team by the San Jose Mercury News ... the Knights were 3-7 in Denis' senior season ...
