2020 (Spring 2021) -- Started all three games at left guard on Cal Poly's offensive line.

2019 -- Started all 11 games at left guard as a sophomore ... part of an offensive line that helped Cal Poly finish No. 7 in the FCS in time of possession, No. 9 in rushing offense and No. 5 in fourth-down conversions.

2018 -- Played in six games as a backup at right guard during redshirt freshman season ... helped Mustangs to No. 4 national ranking in rushing offense, No. 1 in time of possession and No. 5 in third-down conversion ... played in 2019 Spring Game.

2017 -- Redshirt.

High School -- Willet anchored a De La Salle offensive line that helped the offense average 304.2 rushing yards per game last fall ... the Spartans were 11-2 overall under head coach Justin Alumbaugh, including a CIF-North Coast Section Open Division championship and a runner-up finish in the California state high school's Open Division ... a first-team all-Freelance League offensive lineman and second-team All-Bay Area Preps selection by the San Jose Mercury News, Willet helped open holes for 2,000-yard rusher Kairee Robinson ... as a junior, Willet played on the 13-1 Spartan team that claimed CIF-North Coast Section Division 1 and California state open division championships ... Willet was recruited by Army, UC Davis, San Diego and Eastern Washington and was designated as a preferred walk-on at Cal, but decided on Cal Poly because "I fell in love with the atmosphere in the locker room and around the players while on my visit. The football program, quality education, weather and location were just unbeatable. I can't wait to become a Mustang!" ... also competed in wrestling ... compiled 3.86 cumulative grade-point average in high school.
