In a four-way battle with Duy Tran-Sampson, Ryan Rivera and Dusty Frampton to replace Joe Protheroe at fullback at Cal Poly this fall.
2018 -- Played in nine games as a junior, backing up Joe Protheroe at fullback ... rushed for 56 yards on 15 carries ... season-high 17 yards on four carries against Montana and also rushed for 16 yards, also on four carries, versus Brown ... longest run was eight yards against Montana ... did not play in 2019 Spring Game.
2017 -- Played in eight games, primarily on special teams, as a sophomore ... made two tackles, both solo stops against Portland State and Sacramento State ... four carries for 15 yards in 2018 Spring Game.
2016 -- Played in final four games of season as a redshirt freshman after recovering from 2016 injury ... made two tackles on special teams, both against Eastern Washington ... did not play in 2017 Spring Game.
2015 -- Redshirt ... did not play in 2016 Spring Game due to injury ... suffered tear of anterior cruciate ligament.
High School -- Nahhas rushed for a CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section-leading 2,599 yards and scored 34 touchdowns out of a veer offense directed by head coach T.J. Ewing at Monterey Trail High School in Elk Grove, earning first-team all-state Division I and All-NorCal honors by Max Preps, third-team all-state honors by Cal-Hi Sports and Sacramento Bee Offensive Player of the Year ... for good measure, Nahhas completed three of six passes for 112 yards and caught 11 passes for 115 yards ... other senior-year awards include team MVP, first-team All-Delta League and a spot in the Sacramento Bee Optimist All-Star Game, earning player of the game honors for the South team after scoring on a pair of one-yard runs and recovering a fumble ... rushed for 885 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior en route to second-team All-Delta League honors ... in his prep career, rushed for 4,001 yards on 582 carries (6.9 average per carry) and 49 touchdowns ... also lettered in track and field with best marks of 12-8 in the pole vault (school record), 11.62 in 100 meters and 42.05 in 4-by-100 relay (school record) ... ranked ninth overall in his senior class ... participated in Design and Technology Academy ... in addition to Cal Poly, Nahhas was recruited by UC Davis and Sacramento State ... chose to be a Mustang because of the football team's great coaches and players, it utilizes a run-heavy offense and he wants to major in biomedical engineering.
