2010 -- Squad member but did not play in any games ... expected to back up the defensive ends this fall.

2009 -- A backup center early in the year, moved to inside linebacker and played nine games, missing the final two contests due to injury ... recorded seven tackles (four solo), including five stops in the Dixie State contest ... notched three tackles in 2010 Spring Game.

2008 -- Played in one game against UC Davis as a backup offensive lineman.

2007 -- Redshirt.

High School -- McGuinness was an offensive and defensive lineman under head coach Matt Sweeney on a Foothill High School squad which finished 12-1 in 2006, won the East Bay League title and was runner-up in the CIF-North Coast Section 4-A Division playoffs, losing to De La Salle in the championship game at McAfee Coliseum ... notched 74 tackles on defense, including 14 sacks, and was part of a Falcon defense which allowed only 80 yards rushing per game during the regular season ... forced three fumbles ... earned first-team All-East Bay League and All-Alameda County honors and was second-team All-Metro and All-NorCal ... 2005 Falcons were 9-3 and CIF-NCS runner-up while 2004 Falcons were 8-2 and East Bay Athletic League runner-up ... started as defensive tackle all three years ... also lettered in rugby and lacrosse.
