2014 -- Jackson was named Cal Poly's most improved player after catching 14 passes for 415 yards and a touchdown during his junior season ... touchdown was for 52 yards at Sacramento State ... season-high three catches for 64 yards in season finale at San Diego ... caught an 89-yard non-scoring pass from Chris Brown at South Dakota State and a 59-yard scoring toss from Brown at Weber State ... broke off a 40-yard run at Weber State and a 13-yard romp against Portland State ... could be used for punt and kickoff returns this fall ... made two catches for 10 yards and ran once for 13 yards in 2015 Spring Game.
2013 -- As a backup wide receiver, caught a pair of passes for 44 yards and also rushed five times for 74 yards ... longest reception was 38 yards in Weber State game while longest rush was 21 yards against Eastern Washington ... no catches or rushes in 2014 Spring Game.
2012 -- Played in 10 games as a redshirt freshman ... no catches but rushed one time for six yards on a reverse against Sacramento State ... no catches in 2013 Spring Game.

High School -- Jackson was a two-way starter and return specialist under head coach John Morrison at Francis Parker High School in San Diego ... Parker finished regular season with 4-6 record and fourth-place finish in the Coastal Conference, but qualified for the postseason and finished second in the CIF-San Diego Section Division V playoffs, losing to Bishop’s 20-9 in title game .... Jackson caught 23 passes for 381 yards and six touchdowns in his senior season ... on defense, he recorded 30 tackles (22 solo) and intercepted a pair of passes, returning one 29 yards for a touchdown ... also returned 10 punts an average of 12.4 yards per return with a long of 30 yards and averaged 25.2 yards per kickoff return, including a 92-yard return for a touchdown ... earned second-team conference honors as a receiver and was named to San Diego Union-Tribune’s All-Academic Team for the second straight year ... selected to play in Alex Spanos All-Star Game ... as a junior, caught 24 passes for 495 yards and nine touchdowns, recorded 41 tackles and three interceptions, returning one for a touchdown, on defense, and averaged 12.0 yards per punt return and 36.5 yards per kickoff return (one touchdown) ... named first-team all-conference as a receiver and led Lancers to 11-3 record, Coastal Conference and CIF-San Diego Section Division V championships and a runner-up finish in the small schools division of the state finals, losing to Modesto Christian 44-40 at the Home Depot Center in Carson ... UCLA and San Diego also recruited Jackson, who chose Cal Poly because “it was the right place for me, both education- and football-wise” ... also was a four-year track letterman, competing in the 100, 200 and short relay.
