High School -- As a senior under head coach Mike Dimino at Del Campo High School last fall, Sadler earned first-team All-Capital Valley League honors as a defensive back. Sadler also was named to the Sacramento Bee’s All-Metro Team as an honorable mention. He forced nine fumbles, intercepted seven passes, returning five for touchdowns, and made 94 tackles (seven for lost yardage) in his senior season Sadler also rushewd for 425 yards in three games, scoring six touchdowns. A four-year letter winner in football, Sadler was selected to play in the Holiday Classic All-Star Game in December. Sadler helped lead the Cougars to an 8-4 overall record, second-place finish in the Capital Valley League and a berth in the second round of the CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section Division II playoffs ... also lettered three times in track and field and once in basketball ... personal best of 10.7 seconds in 100 meters ... visited Iowa, Washington and Furman before choosing Cal Poly.
