2021 -- Averaged 54.3 yards on 15 kickoffs with five touchbacks ... made two of three field goals with a long of 28 yards and was three of four on PAT kicks.

2020 (Spring 2021) -- Did not play in any games ... competed on Cal Poly's track and field team in the long jump and triple jump.

2019 -- Redshirt ... competed on Cal Poly's track and field team in the long jump and triple jump.

High School – Under head coach Matt Russi at Monte Vista High School, Hoffman was six of nine on field goals with a long of 41 yards during his senior season … also averaged 35.1 yards/3.9s hang time on 23 punts and 62.9 yards/3.8s hang time on 45 kickoffs with 30 touchbacks … earned first-team CIF-North Coast Section and East Bay Athletic League honors as a kicker … also landed on the San Francisco Chronicle’s All-Metro and the All-Bay Area News Group Offensive Teams as a kicker/punter … as a junior made seven of eight field goals … was named to the Cal-Hi Sports All-State Junior Football Team … ranked as the No. 50 punting and No. 57 kicking prospect by Kohl’s Professional Kicking … said Jaime Kohl: “His leg strength and consistency have improved and he is kicking and punting the ball at a scholarship level right now. He has a smooth leg swing and uses his levers well. In July 2018 at the NSC, his field goals were impressive as he scored 31 points. His big ball during kickoffs was a 71 yard 3.63 second ball. He generates excellent leg speed through contact on his hits. His tall athletic frame allows him to generate a lot of energy into the football. He’s a very good combo k/p!” … also was a varsity jumper four years in track and will compete in outdoor track at Cal Poly … personal bests of 44-1 1/4 in triple jump and 21-11 1/2 in long jump ... earned All-East Bay Athletic League honors as a junior in the long and high jumps … holds the Monte Vista Mustangs' single-season all-time highest point scorer in track & field … won the long jump at the CIF-North Coast Section Tri-Valley Championships as a sophomore … four-year honor roll and NCS scholar athlete … selected Cal Poly because “it has fantastic academic and athletic opportunities in one of the best locations."

Personal -- Son of David and Susan Hoffman ... both are UC Davis graduates ... no siblings ... born in Walnut Creek, Calif. ... majoring in business administration with a concentration in accounting and dual minors in industrial technology and economics ... following the completion of his undergraduate degree he plans to pursue a master's in accounting.
