Started the first eight games of junior season at slotback before suffering season-ending knee injury in North Dakota game ... underwent offseason surgery and missed spring ball, but is back at the top of the depth chart at the B (slotback) position entering fall camp.
2010 -- Rushed for 310 yards and caught 12 passes for 168 yards in eight games before injuring his knee with six minutes to play against North Dakota ... best game of career was against Old Dominion when he rushed for 156 yards on just 11 carries, scoring on a 63-yard romp, and catching one pass for 28 yards to lead Mustangs to 50-37 win ... also rushed for 40 yards and caught three passes for 90 yards, including 83-yard reception from Doug Shumway in third quarter, as Cal Poly rallied to beat then-No. 1 Montana 35-33 ... season-high four catches against Southern Utah ... in North Dakota game rushed for 52 yards and caught two passes for 18 yards prior to injury.
2009 -- Played in all 11 games with starts against North Dakota and UC Davis at slotback ... began season at wide receiver before moving to a slotback position ... versatile at either position ... rushed 16 times for 48 yards and one score, a two-yard run against South Dakota State, and caught 19 passes for 194 yards and another score, a 28-yarder from Tony Smith in the opening four minutes of the Weber State contest ... career-high five catches in both the South Dakota State and South Dakota games ... also returned four kickoffs 54 yards, including a 19-yard return against Dixie State ... two rushes for 43 yards and a pair of catches for 11 yards in 2010 Spring Game.
2008 -- Playing in the shadows of Ramses Barden and Tre’dale Tolver, participated in three games as a redshirt freshman but did not catch a pass ... made one catch in 2009 Spring Game.

High School -- A quarterback for three varsity seasons under head coach Kiki Mendoza at St. John Bosco High School ... as a senior completed 51 of 103 passes for 721 yards and six touchdowns with five interceptions ... also rushed for 320 yards and five more scores ... led Braves to 6-4 mark ... in junior season completed 81 of 176 passes for 974 yards and five TDs with 14 interceptions; rushed for 116 yards and two TDs ... named National Football Foundation Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete in 2006 ... also lettered in baseball.
