2023 -- Paulette played in four games... had two tackles... season high two tackles against Lincoln...

2022 -- Played in three games, all in second half of redshirt freshman season ... completed two of four passes for 14 yards against Eastern Washington, one of three passes for 18 yards at UC Davis and his only attempt for eight yards versus Montana State ... rushed for 129 yards on 167 carries, averaging 8.1 yards per carry ... romped 57 yards for a touchdown against Eastern Washington just four minutes into the game.

2021 -- Played in four games as a true freshman at quarterback, including one start against South Dakota ... completed nine of 23 passes for 112 yards and one touchdown in that game and, the following week, entered the Montana game midway through the first quarter and connected on 12 of 23 passes for 100 yards ... finished the season completing 22 of 50 passes (44 percent) for 221 yards and one score, a nine-yarder to Chris Coleman in the first quarter ... was intercepted once in his 50 attempts ... also rushed for 32 yards on 21 carries, including season-high 27 yards on nine trips versus South Dakota.

2020 -- Grayshirt.

High School -- Under head coach Richard Mendoza at Veterans Memorial High School in San Antonio, Texas, Paulette accounted for over 3,700 yards of offense and 45 touchdowns as he completed 117 of 221 passes (53 percent) for 2,500 yards and 28 scores and rushed for 1,200 yards on 121 carries (9.5 yards per carry) and 17 touchdowns ... Patriots were 9-3 in 2019, finishing second in District 13 play with a 7-1 mark and splitting two games in the Conference 5A D1 playoffs ... Paulette was a first-team All-District 13 selection and VYPE 5A All-City honorable mention ... played first three games in his junior season, rushing for 450 yards and four scores while passing for 550 yards and four touchdowns ... served as yearbook editor ... also recruited by Lamar, East Central and Fresno State, Paulette chose Cal Poly because of "its great education, beautiful campus, good relationship with the coaches and close to my dad."
