High School -- Under head coach Mike Machado at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, Moon was a linebacker and made 87 tackles (48 solo) as a senior in 2018 ... 15 of his tackles were for lost yardage, including 13 sacks ... also intercepted three passes, broke up five other passes and recovered a fumble ... Warriors were 11-3, finishing second in the West Catholic Athletic League, winning the CIF-Central Coast Section Division 2 title and falling to Liberty in the NorCal regional finals ... Moon was a first-team All-West Catholic Athletic League honoree and also landed on the All-Bay Area Newsgroup first team and San Francisco Chronicle's All-Metro second team.
