2015 -- Cal Poly's SAM (outside) linebacker as a junior, starting all 11 games, and is No. 1 on the preseason depth chart at the MIKE (middle) linebacker spot this fall ... third on the team with 75 total tackles (40 solo), including 9.5 tackles for lost yardage and 2.5 sacks ... career-high 12 tackles against Eastern Washington ... also earned nine tackles in win at Montana ... recovered a fumble in Montana contest ... notched pass breakup against Arizona State and was credited with quarterback hurries againt Montana State and Sacramento State ... earned sacks against Portland State and Sacramento State ... made one tackle in limited duty during 2016 Spring Game.
2014 -- Played in five games as a sophomore, backing up the linebackers ... made three tackles, all solo stops ... one each against Sacramento State, Montana and Montana State ... forced a fumble in the Sacramento State contest ... made three tackles, including one for lost yardage, in 2015 Spring Game.
2013 -- Played in four games as a redshirt freshman, backing up the middle linebackers ... earned one solo tackle against San Diego and it was for a loss of two yards ... did not play in 2014 Spring Game due to injury.

High School -- Gigantino earned first-team All-West Catholic Athletic League honors three times and was named the league’s most valuable linebacker as a senior, leading the Bells under head coach Mike Janda to a 12-2 record, WCAL title, CIF-Central Coast Section Open Division championship and a berth in the state Division I title game, won by Santa Margarita 42-37 at the Home Depot Center in Carson ... caught eight passes as a tight end, scoring one touchdown against San Leandro, and notched 91 tackles and 12 sacks as a linebacker, recording two sacks in state title game ... earned first-team All-Central Coast Section honors as selected by the San Jose Mercury News and also was chosen the section’s defensive player of the year and team defensive MVP ... also landed on Cal-Hi Sports’ all-state second team, the San Francisco Chronicle’s All-Metro Team and the All-NorCal first team as selected by NorCalPreps.com ... named to Max Preps’ All-State Division I first team as a linebacker and ESPN’s Cal-High all-state second team ... also earned varsity letters as a junior and sophomore ... Bellarmine Prep was 9-3 in 2010, finishing second in the WCAL and reaching the semifinals of the CIF-Central Coast Section Open Division playoffs ... named team MVP, first-team All-WCAL and All-CIF-Central Coast Section second team as a junior ... Bells were 11-2-1 in 2009, shared first place with Archbishop Mitty in the WCAL, won another CIF-Central Coast Section Open Division title and was state Division I runnerup, losing to Oceanside 24-19 ... intercepted two passes and forced four fumbles in sophomore season en route to the first of his three first-team All-WCAL honors.
