2010 -- Member of squad, but did not play in any games as a junior ... expected to back up the defensive ends this fall as well as back up Troy Shotwell as long snapper on special teams ... made three tackles in 2011 Spring Game.

Community College -- Brum played two seasons as a linebacker and long snapper under head coach Gary Barlow at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, recording 113 tackles, five sacks, four blocked kicks and three interceptions ... returned one interception and one blocked punt for touchdowns ... Delta was 7-3 in 2008, including a 3-2 mark in Valley Conference games ... Brum had verbally accepted a full football scholarship from Division II Tiffin University in Ohio but changed his mind and was invited as a walk-on at Cal Poly

High School -- A 2007 graduate of Saint Mary’s College High School in Stockton, Brum was an all-league and all-area defensive lineman as a junior and senior under head coach Tony Franks ... caught 10 passes for 126 yards as a senior and recorded 79 tackles (49 solo) with 5.5 sacks ... notched a season-high 12 tackles against Central Catholic ... also lettered in varsity basketball, helping the Rams to a 23-6 mark as a senior and 31-4 and a runner-up state Division III finish in as a junior ... played baseball as a freshman and sophomore ... an invited walk-on at Boise State, but chose to continue his football career at San Joaquin Delta College ... worked Special Olympics events.
