High School -- As a senior under head coach Kris Richardson at Folsom High School in 2015, Jeffrey completed 274 of 394 passes for 4,194 yards and 50 touchdowns, leading Folsom to a 14-1 overall mark, perfect 6-0 record for another Sierra Foothill League title and the CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section Division I championship ... Bulldogs lost in the semifinals of the state playoffs ... in addition to his passing exploits, Jeffrey averaged 5.8 yards per carry, netting 974 yards and 11 touchdowns ... also caught a pair of passes, one for a touchdown ... among the postseason honors Jeffrey accumulated were Sierra Foothill League Offensive Co-MVP, Sacramento Bee All-Metro Offensive Player of the Year, MaxPreps All-NorCal Team and second-team Cal-Hi Sports All-State as a multipurpose player ... the team MVP was the state leader for passing yards and total offense in 2015, was named to Max Preps' All-CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section first team and also was honored as a scholar-athlete by the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame ...
