Modesto Junior College (2024-25)
spent two seasons at Modesto Junior College, where he developed into one of the nation's premier junior college defensive linemen. In 2025, he was named the California Community College Defensive Player of the Year, a JUCO All-American and his conference's Defensive MVP after leading all California junior colleges with 23 sacks. Booth also recorded 32.5 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles and four pass breakups during his award-winning season

A team captain, Booth helped lead the Bears to a Central California Conference championship as a senior while earning conference MVP honors and Merced Sun-Star Football Player of the Year recognition. He finished his prep career with 177 total tackles, 12 sacks and an interception on defense while earning multiple first-team all-conference selections and Defensive Player of the Year honors
