2018 -- Played in all 11 games with one start against Montana as a junior in first year at Cal Poly ... rushed for 195 yards on 36 carries (5.4 yards per rush) and a pair of touchdowns ... scored both touchdowns against Eastern Washington on runs of five and 39 yards ... also caught three passes for 30 yards, including a 27-yard reception at North Dakota State ... returned 14 kickoffs for 242 yards (17.3 average) and two punts for four yards ... two of his kickoff returns went for 22 yards ... no catches or rushed in 2019 Spring Game.
Hartnell College -- As a sophomore under head coach Matt Collins at Hartnell College in Salinas last fall, Campbell caught 66 passes for 864 yards and six touchdowns, averaging 13.1 yards per reception ... also rushed for 79 yards and one touchdown and returned 15 kickoffs for 239 yards on his way to first-team All-Golden Coast Conference honors as a wide receiver ... his numbers as a freshman included a 24.2 average on 25 kickoff returns, 26 receptions for 263 yards and one score and 12 rushes for 57 yards ... Campbell earned first-team all-conference and first-team all-state Region II honors as a kickoff returner ... Hartnell was 5-5 in 2017 and 6-5 in 2016, both times finishing tied for third place in the Golden Coast Conference ... also made the President's List and Dean's List at Hartnell ... "What he lacks in size, he seems to make up for with courage and speed," said Mustang head coach Tim Walsh. "His abilities with the ball in his hands make him a valuable playmaker in our offense. We see him playing one of our slots as well as wide receiver. He is a tough guy and we're looking forward to his attitude as well as his physical skills."
High School -- Campbell was a two-year varsity letter winner in football at Dunbar High School in Baltimore, Md., helping the Poets to the semifinal round of the Baltimore City I Region 2A Division playoffs in 2015 and runner-up finish in 2014 ... Poets were 10-2 in 2015 ... was a wide receiver, kick returner and punt returner ... also led the Poets' junior varsity team to the city title in 2013 and has run a 4.48 40-yard dash ... played in 2015 Baltimore All-Star Game and was named MVP ... also wrestled in high school.
