Cornell -- Earned 59 tackles in four years (three seasons) ... 2020 season was canceled due to the pandemic ... 38 tackles with an interception and three pass breakups in 10 games as a senior in 2021 ... season-high six tackles in season opener against VMI, matched against Columbia in season finale, and added five more versus Princeton ... also played 10 games as a sophomore in 2019, earning 16 tackles, and saw action in five games as a freshman with five tackles, both for lost yardage
High School -- A 2018 graduate of Moorpark High School, Hogan was named to the All-Ventura County All-Star team after his senior season and helped Musketeers to 11-3 record and three wins in the CIF-Southern Section Division 5 playoffs before falling to Paraclete in the finals ... two-time scholar-athlete of his team and earned first-team All-Camino League honors on defense ... returned an interception 89 yards for a touchdown ... also lettered in basketball and played hockey ... made official visits to UC Davis, Bryant and The Citadel ... chose Cal Poly to continue his studies and to "become a leader and impactful player on the football team and to play in front of my family every week."
