Expected to start at nose tackle on the defensive line at Cal Poly this fall after starting all 11 games in the same position a year ago.

2010 -- In junior season recorded 28 tackles (17 solo), including 4.5 tackles for lost yardage and 2.5 sacks en route to All-Great West honorable mention ... notched sacks against McNeese State and and North Dakota and a half-sack against Old Dominion ... forced a fumble against McNeese State and recovered a fumble in season opener against Humboldt State ... three quarterback hurries for season, including two against Humboldt State ... season-high six tackles against Old Dominion and four more against both Texas State and McNeese State.

2009 -- Played in all 11 games with 10 starts as a sophomore at defensive tackle ... recorded 38 total tackles (17 solo), including 5.5 tackles for lost yardage and a pair of sacks ... career-high eight tackles against Montana and seven more against Southern Utah ... earned sacks against San Jose State and Southern Utah ... 2.5 tackles for lost yardage against Southern Utah ... also forced a fumble in Sacramento State game and recovered a fumble in Southern Utah contest ... eight quarterback hurries, including three in Dixie State contest.

2008 -- Played in six games as a backup to nose tackle James Chen ... recorded three total tackles, including two solo stops against North Carolina Central and one assisted tackkle against Southern Utah.

2007 -- Redshirt.

High School -- Klemme recorded 68 tackles, including 11 sacks, along with one interception, four forced fumbles and a pair of fumble recoveries as he led St. John Bosco High School to a 6-4 mark in 2006 ... a three-year varsity starter, was the team captain as a senior and set a school record with four sacks in one game ... earned first-team All-Trinity League honors and was a member of the Long Beach Press Telegram’s Dream Team ... also was his team’s defensive lineman of the year, earned team player of the week honors five times and was a scholar-athlete ... member of National Honor Society ... also lettered in basketball three years and volleyball one year ... visited UC Davis before choosing Cal Poly.
