2021 -- Played in two games as a redshirt senior, earning one tackle each versus San Diego and Fresno State, before suffering season-ending injury.

2020 (Spring 2021) -- Did not play in any games as a redshirt junior.

2019 -- Played in four games as a true junior and preserved his redshirt year ... notched one tackle (solo) in UC Davis game.

Community College -- In two seasons at Sacramento City College, Euwing collected 148 tackles, including 20.5 tackles for lost yardage and nine sacks ... as a sophomore linebacker, notched 97 tackles (49 solo), including nine tackles for lost yardage and 4.5 sacks, along with one fumble recovery, earning defensive co-most valuable player and first-team All-National Division Valley League honors ... also earned all-state and all-region honors ... notched 51 tackles (34 solo) as a freshman with 11.5 tackles for lost yardage and 4.5 sacks ... also forced two fumbles, recovered one and broke up two passes, again earning all-conference honors.

High School -- A 2017 graduate of Christian Brothers High School, which also produced former Cal Poly and National Football League cornerback Asa Jackson (Ravens, Lions and 49ers) ... during his senior season in 2016, made 100 tackles (79 solo), 22 for lost yardage and four sacks ... also was credited with three quarterback hurries, five pass breakups, two interceptions, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble ... also rushed for 268 yards and nine touchdowns, helping the Falcons to an 11-3 record, first-place finish in the Capital Athletic League and a runner-up finish in the CIF-Sac-Joaquin Section Division III playoffs ... earned All-Metro first-team honors as a defensive lineman ... his numbers as a junior include 64 tackles (43 solo), 10 for lost yardage and a pair of sacks ... also had one quarterback hurry, one interception, one fumble recovery and two pass breakups ... also recruited by Arkansas State, Euwing chose Cal Poly "because I'll be able to excel academically as well as athletically."
