2022-23 -- Cross Country: Placed 19th at the Big West XC Championships to help Cal Poly capture its first conference title since 2018 ... finished 92nd at the NCAA West Regional ... captured 12th at the Joe Piane Invitational with a personal-best 5K time (17:25.8) ... ran a personal-best 6K time (20:48.0) at the Bronco Invitational ... received Big West All-Academic honors. Indoor: Competed in three meets, running the fourth-fastest indoor 3,000-meter time (9:34.11) at the UW Preview ... broke the women's indoor 5,000 school record (16:23.14) at the Husky Classic. Outdoor: Before having season cut short due to injury, ran the seventh-fastest 10,000 time (34:37.38) at the Stanford Invitational ... competed in two meets.
2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in season-opening Stump Invitational, placing 58th with a 6K time of 22:20.6. Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3,000 (10:07.93) at the WSU Open. Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 10,000 and 29th in the 10,000 at the Big West Conference Championships … competed in seven meets as a redshirt freshman … finished first in the 5,000 at the UCSB Invitational … established PRs in the 1,500 (4:38.17), 5,000 (16:56.51) and 10,000 (37:55.45) … received Big West Conference All-Academic honors.
2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19. Indoor: Cal Poly did not compete in any indoor meets due to COVID-19. Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets.
Prep -- While with South Tahoe High School, in January 2019, was honored with the Gatorade Nevada Athlete of the Year Award for cross country … won the 2018 NIAA 3A state title in Veterans Memorial Park in Boulder City, with a 5k effort of 19:01.9 … in a 3-mile format, won the Nevada Union XC Invitational her senior year, clocking a performance of 18:46.0 in Grass Valley … also won the 3.9k Bonanza Casino Twilight Classic held at Mira Loma Park (outside Reno), in 15:17.0 … as a senior for the Vikings, took 18th overall at the ASICS Invite in Fresno, at 18:06.0 … in addition, ran for the Oak Hill Racing Club … in track season, during her junior year, won a trio of state 3A titles at Desert Oasis High in Las Vegas: in the 800 meters (2:19.2), 1,600m (5:09.3) and 3,200m (11:32.9) ... her 800m PR was 2:18.4, along with a 3,200m best of 11:24.0 ... in addition, was selected for All-State Academic Team honors from 2016-19 and helped her squad win the State Academic Champions plaque in both 2018 and 2019 ... also participated in Key Club, Climate Crew and Rotary Interact Club.
Personal -- Majoring in biochemistry ... also visited Nevada, Saint Mary’s and UC Davis; chose Cal Poly “because of the amazing team community and beautiful SLO area,” adding, “I absolutely loved how welcoming the team was on my visit and how easy it was to make friends with people on campus. Also, coming from beautiful Tahoe, SLO is just like my hometown but at the ocean — I love the beach!” ... aspires to become a naturopathic doctor, explaining: “I want to specialize in nutritional science in athletes with a holistic approach.”
