2022-23 -- Cross Country: Competed in three meets in third season at Cal Poly ... earned season-best finish of 17th at UC Riverside Invitational, running a personal-best 8K time (24:12.3) ... also competed in Joe Piane Invitational and XC23 Invitational. Indoor: Competed in one meet, running personal best mile time (4:08.82) at Husky Classic .. received Big West All-Academic honors. Outdoor: Earned All-Big West honors for the first time, capturing third in the 5,000-meter at the conference meet ... also took 16th in the 1,500 prelims ... posted a personal best in the 1,500 (3:49.70) at Oxy Invitational ... ran personal best in 800 (1:53.89) at West Coast Relays ... took first in 800 at Mustang Invitational ... received Big West All-Academic honors.

2021-22 -- Cross Country: Competed in four of Cal Poly's five meets in second season with the Mustangs ... best finish was 21st place in Big West Conference Championships with an 8K time of 24:44.3 ... also was 37th in Bronco Invitational and 43rd in Stump Invitational ... competed in NCAA West Regional as well … garnered Big West Conference All-Academic honors. Track & Field: Competed in three meets … ran a season best of 3:55.87 in the 1,500 at the UCSB Invitational.

2020-21 -- Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Track and Field: Placed 10th in 1,500 (personal-best 3:53.18) and 22nd in 5,000 (15:16.92) in Big West Conference Championships ... third in 1,500 at Cal Poly Four-Way Meet (3:55.25) and fifth at Cal Poly Blue-Green Rivalry Meet (3:54.36).

Prep -- As a senior with Carrillo High School in Santa Rosa, took second place at the CIF State Championship for cross country, clocking a time of 15:22.8 in the Division 3 race at Woodward Park … earlier in 2019 for the Pumas, was also second at the NBL Oak Division Finals hosted at Spring Lake, with a 3-mile time of 15:21.0, after an effort of 15:04.2 at the Woodbridge Classic around SilverLakes Sports Park in Norco … during the spring of 2020, recorded a 3,200-meter time trial of 9:17; bettered his previous best of 9:18.3, which secured second place at the North Coast Section Redwood Empire Championships at home during his junior year … started his senior season with a 3,200m victory of 9:21.5 at the Big Cat Invitational … earned second with his 1,600m PR of 4:21.6 at the Viking Track Classic held at Montgomery in 2019 ... graduated Summa cum Laude.

Personal -- Majoring in Kinesiology ... chose Cal Poly because “everyone on the team was super-friendly” and “the team also has some pretty exciting goals” ... aspires for a career in the physical therapy or chiropractor fields.
