The Cal Poly men claimed their Big West record 21st title overall and eighth in their last nine attempts, while the women captured their 11th championship in program history and ninth in the last 13 conference meets.

- Winners of two of its three season-opening matchups last week, Cal Poly resumes a six-game road trip at Colorado State (Wednesday, Nov. 12) and Montana (Friday, Nov. 14).
- Cal Poly opened its road trip with a 73-71 victory at Seattle (Nov. 8), a decision in which the Mustangs overturned a 10-point deficit with five-and-a-half minutes to play and capped the win with a buzzer-beating three-pointer from junior guard Jake Davis.
- The lone Mustang to score in double digits through the opening three games, sophomore guard Hamad Mousa leads Cal Poly and ranks seventh among Big West players with 17.7 points per game.
Volleyball Faces Hawai’i Saturday in Pursuit of Home Perfection
- Last week, the Mustangs completed their revenge tour against Long Beach State and UC San Diego, the only two conference opponents to defeat them this season. Cal Poly improved to a nation-leading 14-0 at home but remains one game behind UC Davis in the Big West standings with four matches remaining.
- Two Mustangs achieved landmark career milestones over the weekend. On Friday, Chloe Leluge officially surpassed the 800-attack minimum to become the program's Division I-era record holder for career hitting percentage (.367). The following day, redshirt senior Emme Bullis became just the fourth Mustang to eclipse 4,000 career set assists, distributing 72 over the weekend to bring her total to 4,002, the fourth highest in the program's Division I history.
- After already securing the most single-season home wins of its Division I era, the Mustangs are now determined to accomplish a feat last achieved at Mott Athletics Center in 2019: an unbeaten season at home. Cal Poly heads to Santa Barbara on Thursday (7 p.m.) for the second installment of this season's Blue-Green Rivalry before returning to Mott with a chance to complete a perfect 15-win home campaign on Saturday (6 p.m.).
- Saturday is Senior Day for the Mustangs! Brooklyn Burns, London Haberfield, Annabelle Thalken, Emme Bullis, and technical coordinator Frank Pham will be honored after the match.
