Baron Szeto is tied for fourth place entering Tuesday's final round of the Orange County Collegiate Classic.
Szeto, Liu Lead Cal Poly Men's Golf to Fourth-Place Tie

COTO DE CAZA, Calif. -- Baron Szeto and Austin Liu had opposite fortunes on the golf course but are in the top 10 after two rounds of play in the Orange County Collegiate Classic men's golf tournament on Monday at the Coto de Caza's South Course.
Szeto opened with a 68 for first-round lead, then shot a 77 on the back nine for a one-over-par 145 and a tie for fourth place entering Tuesday's final round. Liu recovered from an opening-round 79 with a 69 in the afternoon and his four-over-par 148 total is good for a 10th-place tie.
The pair helped Cal Poly to a 36-hole four-person 19-over-par 595 aggregate with rounds of 301 and 294, good for fourth place and just seven strokes off the lead set by co-hosts Cal State Fullerton and UC Irvine (588). Seattle is third at 594.
Also scoring for Cal Poly were Will Draper with an 80 and 73 for a 153 total and 26th place, Nicholas Mok with a 74 and 80 for a 154 total and 32nd place, and Drew Kim with an 80 and 756 for a 155 total and 35th place.
Competing as an individual, Joey Zambri is tied for 18th after a 78 and 73.
Szeto carded seven birdies and three bogeys for his 68 while Liu rebounded from a double-bogey on the No. 1 hole with four birdies, one bogey and an eagle on the 541-yard, par-5 third hole.
Zambri led the field in par-3 scoring at one under par while Szeto was fifth in par-4 scoring at two over par. Draper was No. 1 with his 23 pars while Zambri and Szeto each carded 21 pars over 36 holes.
Individual leader after 36 holes is Kolbe Irei of UC Irvine with a 75 and 68 for a 143 total, one shot ahead of Anteater teammate Darien Zhao (76-68) and Cal State Fullerton's Harry Doig (77-67), both with 144 totals. Szeto shares fourth place with Nathan Cogswell (70-75) of Seattle.
Harry Fearn of Cal State Fullerton posted four eagles on the day and is tied for seventh place with two other golfers at 147.
