Cal Poly Men's Tennis Signs South African Recruit To 2022 Class

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Cal Poly men's tennis announced that Andreas Scott, from Johannesburg, South Africa, has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the team in fall of 2022.
Scott graduated December 2021 from The British International College.
He is ranked as the 159th junior by the ITF and is the No. 3 ranked junior in South Africa. He has won three ITF singles titles and two ITF doubles titles.
Scott says he chose Cal Poly because he wants to join a team who has similar goals and work ethic as him.
He hopes to study business finance upon arrival.
Following this season, the Mustangs (6-1) will lose two players to graduation.
