
Cal Poly Women’s Tennis Signs Four-Star Recruit to National Letter of Intent

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — The Cal Poly women's tennis program and the athletic department have announced that four-star recruit Misha Berry has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue her tennis and academic career at Cal Poly.
Berry is from Bellaire, Texas and attends Emery High School which is in the greater Houston area.
Ranked as a four-star recruit and the 122nd overall recruit in the country by tennisrecruiting.net, Berry has played on the varsity tennis team at Emery High School since her freshman year.
As a freshman, she finished second in singles at the state championships before winning it as a sophomore.
"We're very excited to have Misha join the Mustang family," said Mustang head coach Kat Winterhalter. "Misha has a determination and work ethic that I think will pay off for our program. We look forward to working with her next fall!"
Her brother, Noah Berry, is currently a freshman on the Cal Poly men's tennis team.
Berry said she chose to sign with Cal Poly because it's an "incredible school in an amazing location with courses I'm very interested in taking."
