
No. 55 Mustangs to Host No. 32 Middle Tennessee State, Monday

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The No. 55 Cal Poly men's tennis team will host No. 32 Middle Tennessee State on Monday, March 11, on the Mustang Courts at 1 pm.
Cal Poly enters the week 6-3 overall and has been off since defeating DePaul University, 7-0, on Feb. 23. Middle Tennessee State enters the week ranked 35th and has been off since March 2, when they lost to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, 4-3.
In the latest ITA Tennis rankings, senior Andre Dome is ranked 32nd. The Arroyo Grande native is 7-2 in dual matches and 9-4 overall. He is currently the only ranked Mustang, but Jordan Bridge posts an impressive 6-1 dual match record, posting a 5-1 record at No. 3 singles and 1-0 from the second court.
Middle Tennessee State has one singles player ranked, Ben Davis, at No. 92, but Davis team's with Victor Cornea in doubles and is ranked No. 35.
Dome and Bridge are undefeated at No. 1 doubles with a 6-0 record while Marco Comuzzo and Matt Thomson are 2-0.
The two teams have one common opponent this season, DePaul University who Cal Poly defeated 7-0 while Middle Tennessee State picked up a 4-1 win.
